Spa Ettiquette

  • Please arrive showered for all treatments
  • Please arrive a minimum of 5 - 10 minutes early to fill out intake forms.
  • Please turn off cellphones while in treatment.
  • Gratuity is NOT included in cost of treatment, Please tip your Massage Therapist.
  • We do not accept personal checks or travelers checks.
  • As a third party to the hotel, we can not offer room charges, we appreciate your understanding in this.

Scheduling Appointments

    We require a minimum of a two (2) hour notice for scheduling appointments. We will also be open by appointment only between April 15th and November 14th 2019. 
A valid credit card number is needed to reserve any appointment times.

Cancellation Policy

     To cancel appointments made within a 7 day period, a two hour notice of cancellation is required or half of the appointment cost will be charged.

To cancel appointments made more than 7 days in advance, a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required or half of the appointment cost will be charged.
